Visorline Inspector.
The VISORLINE inspector is a rotary machine. The bottles coming from the conveyor belt are spaced and moved by the conveying components (screw and stars) installed on the machine. Each bottle is positioned in correspondence with the respective gripping clamp, which firmly grasps it by the neck area. During the rotation of the machine's carousel, the clamps are overturned by means of a static helical guide, thus turning the bottle openings downwards. Once in position, the bottles pass in front of an illuminated screen which assists the operator in observing any foreign bodies or impurities inside the bottles, and thus in discarding them by pressing the appropriate button command. The actual rejection of non-compliant bottles is carried out at the exit of the discharge star by means of an electropneumatic device which routes the selected (and thus rejected) bottle onto a secondary conveyor belt.
