Orbital Inspectors.
The inspection machines POGGIO® are machines designed to visually check the contents of full bottles to detect the presence of foreign particles, impurities, or liquid leaks from the cap. Each bottle is positioned at the gripping clamp where it is firmly held by the neck and overturned. The machine is constructed to avoid any contact with elements that could damage designs or writings directly on the glass. The bottles pass in front of a light screen that facilitates the observation of the bottle's content by the operator, who then discards the defective ones by pressing the appropriate button command.
The actual discard is performed after the discharge star by means of an electropneumatic device which routes the bottle to be discarded onto a collection tray or a conveyor belt.
The POGGIO® inspection machines are equipped with:
• quick format change through electric adjustment of the carousel height
• speed adjustment with inverter
• entry and exit photocells for automatic machine operation on the line.
• Tank with rack and pump integrated into the machine for emptying discarded bottles and returning the liquid to the beverage preparation room.
