Ionized air blower.
The range of blowers is completed by machines that use ionized air for cleaning plastic containers. One of the main problems in sanitizing plastic containers is the electrostatic charge that forms in the bottles due to the friction they are subjected to in silos, orienters, and conveyors. The magnetic attraction exerted on possible contaminants such as dust, paper fragments, plastic particles, etc., makes their removal difficult when the sanitizing fluid is compressed air.Our solution consists of ionizing the compressed air directly in the injector nozzles, which greatly increases its effectiveness compared to traditional systems that distributed ionized air simply as the containers passed along the line. The underbag suction system is generally recommended in these applications.
